The invention provides a connecting structure of a prefabricated laminated balcony, a laminated beam and a laminated plate and a construction method. The connecting structure mainly comprises a plate-type prefabricated laminated balcony, a laminated balcony cast-in-place layer, the prefabricated laminated beam, a laminated beam cast-in-place layer, the prefabricated laminated plate and a laminated plate cast-in-place layer. The plate-type prefabricated laminated balcony is deeply designed into a prefabricated layer and a cast-in-place layer according to a structural construction drawing, and balcony reverse ridge steel bars, balcony plate surface ribs and prefabricated laminated beam upper full-length ribs are all installed during factory production; after hoisting of the prefabricated integrated outer wall is completed on site, hoisting of the prefabricated laminated beams and the prefabricated laminated slabs is conducted, and finally hoisting of the prefabricated laminated balconies is conducted; when the prefabricated laminated balcony is hoisted, the reserved ribs are directly placed on the full-length ribs on the upper portion of the prefabricated laminated beam and the prefabricated laminated plate, by changing the height of the ribs, when the plate-type prefabricated laminated balcony is hoisted, the reserved ribs are directly and vertically placed on the prefabricated laminated beam and the prefabricated laminated plate, the influence of an external scaffold on hoisting is avoided, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. The construction difficulty is reduced.
本发明提供了一种预制叠合阳台与叠合梁、叠合板的连接结构及施工方法,该连接结构主要包括板式预制叠合阳台、叠合阳台现浇层、预制叠合梁、叠合梁现浇层、预制叠合板和叠合板现浇层。板式预制叠合阳台根据结构施工图深化设计为预制层+现浇层,阳台反坎钢筋、阳台板面筋、预制叠合梁上部通长筋均在工厂生产时安装;现场在预制一体化外墙吊装完成后,进行预制叠合梁和预制叠合板吊装,最后进行预制叠合阳台吊装;预制叠合阳台吊装时直接将其预留出筋放置于预制叠合梁上部通长筋及预制叠合板上,通过改变出筋高度,使板式预制叠合阳台吊装时,预留出筋直接垂直放置于预制叠合梁及预制叠合板上,避免了外脚手架对吊装时产生的影响,减小施工难度。
