The first supporting part and the second supporting part are detachably connected to the first reinforcing steel bar assembly and the second reinforcing steel bar assembly which are arranged in parallel correspondingly. In the construction process, the multiple reinforcing steel bar layer distance adjusting devices are installed between the two reinforcing steel bar assemblies according to the same interval, large deformation of reinforcing steel bars can be avoided, and it is guaranteed that the layer distance between the reinforcing steel bar assemblies and the final building wall is equal to the preset layer distance all the time.
