Internal and external corner matched formwork supporting structure and construction method
The invention provides an internal and external corner formwork matching supporting structure and a construction method. The construction method comprises the following construction steps that an axis, a concrete chiseling side line, a wall side line and a formwork control line are arranged on a poured wall; chiseling and removing redundant parts of the wall body according to an elastic line; a hydrophobic sponge strip is pasted along the sideline of the wall body; the positions, where the through-wall bolts are popped out, of the internal and external corner formworks and the wall body are punched; the internal and external corner formwork is hoisted to the position marked by the formwork control line, sole timbers are arranged close to the internal corner formwork, and the external corner formwork is temporarily supported; firstly, internal and external corner boundary formworks in one direction are sequentially installed from bottom to top; the internal and external corner boundary formworks in the other direction are sequentially installed from bottom to top, and the external corner boundary formworks in the same horizontal direction in the two directions are connected and fixed through adapter fasteners; and the perpendicularity of the internal and external corner templates is adjusted, the connecting bolts are tightened, and the template clamp is clamped. The method has the advantages of being convenient to manufacture, low in production cost, high in turnover frequency, capable of reducing the engineering cost and wide in application range.
