The invention relates to a high-altitude gable part cantilever structure formwork supporting structure and a construction method. The structure comprises a concrete support (1), a wall connecting piece, an inclined vertical rod (10), a transverse horizontal rod (11) and a leveling horizontal rod (13), and the concrete support (1) is arranged at the outer wall end of a supporting floor plate (200); the wall connecting pieces are arranged in the reserved bolt holes (9) in a penetrating mode, and the inclined vertical rods (10), the transverse horizontal rods (11) and the leveling horizontal rods (13) build a supporting system through the wall connecting pieces. The construction method comprises the following steps: a, newly adding the concrete support (1); b, a wall connecting body is manufactured and fastened; c, erecting a double-row protective outer frame (8); d, erecting a supporting system; and e, the supporting system is dismantled. A supporting system stress point is designed, a supporting system is erected, and the supporting system stress point and the supporting system stress point are connected into a whole through reserved bolt holes (9) so that construction can be facilitated. The problems that an existing cantilever structure is high in construction safety risk and high in construction cost are solved.
本发明涉及一种高空山墙部位悬挑结构模板支撑结构及施工方法,结构包括混凝土支座(1)、连墙件、斜向立杆(10)、横向水平杆(11)和调平水平杆(13),混凝土支座(1)设在支撑楼面板(200)外墙端;连墙件穿设在预留螺栓洞(9)内,斜向立杆(10)、横向水平杆(11)和调平水平杆(13)通过连墙件搭设支撑体系。施工方法包括:a、新增混凝土支座(1);b、制作连墙体并紧固;c、搭设双排防护外架(8);d、搭设支撑体系;e、拆除支撑体系。通过设计一个支撑体系受力点,搭设支撑体系,并利用预留螺栓洞(9)将其连接成一个整体便于施工。解决了现有悬挑结构施工安全风险高,造成施工成本高的问题。
