The invention discloses an annular chargeable stereo garage which comprises a car parking and picking-up hall, a lifter, a central parking layer and a parking charging layer, the lifter is located at the center position in the vertical direction, and the car parking and picking-up hall, the central parking layer and the parking charging layer all surround the lifter; the parking and picking-up car hall, the central parking layer and the parking charging layer form a layered layout in the vertical direction; the parking charging layer comprises more than one transfer connection parking space, an annular frame body, an annular rotating disc and a chargeable parking space, the transfer connection parking spaces are arranged around the elevator, the annular frame body surrounds the transfer connection parking spaces, the annular rotating disc is rotatably connected with the annular frame body, and the chargeable parking space is arranged on the annular rotating disc. The annular rotating disc comprises a plurality of chargeable parking spaces. The invention further discloses a using method of the annular rechargeable stereo garage. The garage has the beneficial effects that the increasing parking and charging requirements of the electric vehicle are met, and the garage is flexible in design and high in modularization degree.
