Magnetic locking mechanism
The invention discloses a magnetic locking mechanism which comprises a baffle arranged on a base, one side of the baffle is provided with a movable spring bolt, and the spring bolt enables the baffle and the base to be switched between a locking state and an unlocking state by being inserted into/separated from the base; when the spring bolt is separated from the base, the baffle plate moves and exposes the opening for an interaction part to pass through; when the spring bolt is inserted into the base, the baffle and the base are fixed, and the baffle blocks an interaction part from penetrating through. A multi-point fixing structure is applied between the baffle and the base, the lock tongue is unlocked through the magnetic attraction effect, the number of parts is reduced to the maximum extent while rapid unlocking is achieved, the occupied space of the mechanism is saved, and good structural strength is guaranteed.
本发明公开了磁性锁止机构,包括:设置在基座上的挡板,所述挡板一侧设置有可活动的锁舌,所述锁舌通过插入/脱离所述基座使挡板与基座间在锁止/解锁间切换;当所述锁舌脱离所述基座时,所述挡板移动并展露开口供互动部件穿越;当所述锁舌插入所述基座内时,所述挡板与所述基座间固定,挡板阻挡互动部件穿越。在挡板和基座间施加多点固定结构,通过磁吸作用实施锁舌的解锁,在实现快速解锁的同时最大程度降低零件数量,节省机构的空间占用还保证具有良好的结构强度。
