The invention provides a refrigerator pull-type door lock mechanism which comprises a lock seat and a door lock assembly, the lock seat is provided with a lock hole, the door lock assembly is arranged near the lock seat and comprises a lock catch which is movably arranged, one end of the lock catch is provided with a spring bolt and can be inserted into or separated from the lock hole of the lock seat, and the door lock assembly further comprises a handle and a lock shell; the lock shell is of a shell structure with an inner cavity, a spring bolt penetrating opening is formed in the end, close to the lock base, of the lock shell, and a handle penetrating opening is formed in the end, away from the lock base, of the lock shell. The middle of the lock catch is rotatably arranged in the lock shell through a rotating shaft, a spring bolt of the lock catch penetrates out of the spring bolt penetrating opening and is arranged downwards, and the end, away from the spring bolt, of the lock catch is provided with a hook part arranged upwards. A lock hole of the lock seat is arranged right opposite to the lower portion of the lock tongue. The invention further provides a refrigerator door lock mechanism mounting structure which adopts the pull-type door lock mechanism. The door lock mechanism without the key is arranged on the refrigerator, the refrigerator door body can be pulled open by pulling the door lock, the action is completed at a time, and the refrigerator is very convenient to use.
