The double-safety upper corner structure comprises a corner seat, a corner connecting rod and an outward opening lock catch, the corner seat comprises a vertical section and a horizontal section, a corner buckle is inserted into the top of the vertical section, a lifting-assisting buckle piece is installed on the front face of the vertical section, corner connecting strips are installed on the inner sides of the vertical section and the horizontal section, and the outer opening lock catch is installed on the corner connecting strip. The two ends of the turning support assembly are connected with the corner connecting rod and the outward-opening lock catch respectively, the corner connecting rod is arranged on the lower side of the vertical section, the outward-opening lock catch is arranged on the upper side of the horizontal section, and a lock point eccentric rivet is installed on the front face of the corner connecting rod; the lifting-assisting adjusting block is installed on the front face of the overturning supporting body, a lifting-assisting sliding groove is formed in the lifting-assisting adjusting block, an overturning supporting locking block is fixed to the front face of the overturning supporting body, a first limiting groove is formed in the inner side of the overturning supporting locking block, and a second limiting groove is formed in the inner side of the outer unlocking locking block. The upper corner structure can improve the safety when the door and window sash is opened in an outward inverted mode, and the falling risk when the door and window sash is opened in an outward inverted mode is avoided.
