The lubricating device comprises an oil injection unit and a lubricating unit, the oil injection unit comprises a mounting frame, an oil injection cavity, an oil adding hole and a transmission assembly, the oil injection cavity is formed in the middle of the mounting frame, the oil adding hole is formed in the upper portion of the oil injection cavity, the transmission assembly is arranged on the side edge of the mounting frame, and the end of the transmission assembly is arranged close to a rail; the lubricating unit comprises an oil conveying pipe, an oil distributing pipe and a friction plate, the oil conveying pipe is fixedly connected with the oil injection cavity, the oil distributing pipe is arranged at the end of the oil conveying pipe, the friction plate is arranged at the other end of the oil distributing pipe, and an oil way is arranged in the middle of the friction plate. The number of times of lubrication of the turnout is determined according to the length or frequency of passing vehicles, waste of lubricating oil is avoided, lubrication can reach the turnout in time, and safety and stability of railway operation are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种用于铁路道岔的润滑装置,包括注油单元和润滑单元,注油单元包括安装架、注油腔、添油孔和传动组件,注油腔设置于安装架中部,添油孔设置于注油腔上部,传动组件设置于安装架侧边,传动组件端部靠近铁轨设置;润滑单元包括输油管、分油管和摩擦板,输油管与注油腔固定连接,分油管设置于输油管端部,分油管的另一端设置摩擦板,摩擦板中部设置油路,本发明的有益效果是通过间歇性的运动配合,使道岔的润滑按照通过的车辆长度或者频次来决定润滑次数,避免了润滑油液的浪费,更是的润滑能够及时到达道岔,保证铁路运行的安全稳定。
