The variable-diameter cylindrical ceramic matrix composite melting siliconizing tool comprises a crucible part, a crucible cover is arranged at the upper end of the crucible part, and a C/C semi-finished product is placed in the crucible part; a bearing platform part is arranged in the crucible part, and an annular silicon ingot part is placed in the bearing platform part; the bearing platform part comprises a convex bearing platform, the convex bearing platform is mounted in the C/C semi-finished product, and the annular silicon ingot part is placed on the convex bearing platform; an inclined convex surface is arranged on the convex surface bearing platform; the invention further discloses a variable-diameter cylindrical ceramic matrix composite melt siliconizing method, the tool is applied, and the method comprises the steps that a C/C semi-finished product is prepared; determining the stage number of a convex bearing platform in the bearing platform part, the number of middle crucible units, an annular silicon ingot part and the silicon material quantity of the annular silicon ingot part; tool parts are prepared and then assembled, and a C/C semi-finished product is loaded into a tool and then is subjected to infiltration. According to the tool and the siliconizing method disclosed by the invention, the densification degree of the molten and infiltrated ceramic matrix composite product is improved by infiltrating the single surface of the C/C semi-finished product.
