The invention discloses a multi-energy complementary heat pump energy management system, which comprises a photovoltaic generator set, a wind power generator set and a power grid for supplying power to a water source heat pump, and an underground energy storage well water supply unit, a surface water supply unit and a heat source auxiliary water supply unit for supplying water to a heat source side of the water source heat pump, and further comprises an electric energy management and control module, the electric energy management and control module is electrically connected with the photovoltaic generator set, the wind energy generator set, the power grid and the power storage station respectively, and coordinates the photovoltaic generator set, the wind energy generator set and the power grid to supply power to the water source heat pump in multiple modes; the heat pump heat source side water supply management and control module coordinates the underground energy storage well water supply unit, the surface water supply unit and the heat source auxiliary water supply unit to supply water to the heat source side of the water source heat pump according to the water inlet temperature of the heat source side of the heat pump; electric energy generated by renewable resources is fully and reasonably utilized, power grid electric energy use is reduced, and meanwhile the stability of the water inlet temperature of the heat source side of the water source heat pump and stable operation of the water source heat pump unit can be guaranteed.
