Steel slag and macadam mixed graded base material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a steel slag and macadam mixed graded base material which comprises steel slag with the particle size not larger than 20 mm and macadam with the particle size ranging from 20 mm to 53 mm, the content of the steel slag is 50 +/-5 wt%, the balance is macadam, and the performance conditions of the steel slag are as follows: f-CaO (free calcium oxide) is smaller than 4 wt%, and f-MgO (free magnesium oxide) is smaller than 10 wt%. The mechanical property of the graded broken stone base material is improved, a new way for utilizing the steel slag is developed, the material has good plate body performance, high early strength and crack resistance and high deformation resistance, all performance indexes meet the requirements of related standards, the steel slag serving as industrial solid waste is adopted, and the cost is low. As fine aggregate in a graded base material, waste is turned into wealth, the environment is protected, and multiple purposes are achieved.
本发明公开了一种钢渣碎石混合级配基层材料,包括粒度不大于20mm的钢渣以及粒度20mm‑53mm的碎石,其中,钢渣的含量为50±5wt%,余量为碎石,钢渣的性能条件为:f‑CaO(游离氧化钙)<4wt%,f‑MgO(游离氧化镁)<10wt%。提高了级配碎石基层材料的力学性能、开拓钢渣利用新途径,该材料具有良好的板体性、较高的早期强度和抗裂性能,以及较强的抗变形能力,各项性能指标均符合相关标准的要求,而且采用作为工业固体废弃物的钢渣,作为级配基层材料中的细中骨料,变废为宝,保护环境,一举多得。
