The invention relates to light-cured ferrite slurry and a ferrite sheet. The light-cured ferrite slurry comprises ferrite powder with the surface modified by a dispersing agent, photosensitive resin, a stabilizer and a defoaming agent, and the mass fraction of the ferrite powder with the surface modified by the dispersing agent in the light-cured ferrite slurry is greater than or equal to 68% and less than 80%. And the viscosity of the light-cured ferrite slurry at 25 DEG C is 1.4 * 10 < 5 > mPa.S to 3.2 * 10 < 5 > mPa.S. When the photo-curing type ferrite slurry is used for preparing the ferrite sheet, the complex magnetic conductivity of the ferrite sheet can be improved to 800 or above, the drying step can be omitted, the production time of the ferrite sheet is shortened, and the production efficiency of the ferrite sheet is improved.
本发明涉及一种光固化型铁氧体浆料以及铁氧体片。该光固化型铁氧体浆料包括表面经分散剂改性的铁氧体粉料、光敏树脂、稳定剂以及消泡剂,其中,表面经分散剂改性的铁氧体粉料在光固化型铁氧体浆料中的质量分数大于或等于68%,且小于80%,光固化型铁氧体浆料在25℃时的粘度为1.4×105mPa·S‑3.2×105mPa·S。利用该光固化型铁氧体浆料制备铁氧体片,不仅能够使铁氧体片的复数磁导率能够提高至800以上,还能够革除烘干步骤,缩短铁氧体片的生产时间,提高铁氧体片的生产效率。
