Layered ceramic based on fused deposition modeling and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a layered ceramic based on fused deposition modeling and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a printing wire material; s2, modeling and printing; s3, filling: after printing is completed, sinking a printed sample table into the slurry, bringing the slurry into a printing layer, enabling the slurry to fill pores of the printing layer and then rise, and then scraping off redundant slurry; s4, curing: waiting for the slurry to be cured, and completing the preparation of the first layer of layered ceramic; s5, continuous printing is carried out, fused deposition modeling printing continues to be carried out, deviation exists between a printing wire and the previous layer, then printing and curing are repeated, and preparation of the layered ceramic of the next layer is completed till printing is completed; and S6, post-treatment: drying, degreasing and sintering to obtain the layered ceramic based on fused deposition modeling. The layered ceramic based on fused deposition modeling prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has relatively strong mechanical properties and relatively high popularization value and commercialization value.
本发明提供了一种基于熔融沉积成型的层状陶瓷及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:S1:打印丝材制备;S2:建模、打印;S3:填充:打印完成后,将打印的样品台下沉入浆料中,将浆料带入打印层,使浆料填充打印层孔隙后上升,随后刮去多余浆料;S4:固化:等待浆料固化,完成第一层层状陶瓷制备;S5:持续打印:继续进行熔融沉积成型打印,并使打印丝与上一层存在偏移,随后重复打印以及固化,完成下一层层状陶瓷制备,直至打印完成;S6:后处理:烘干、脱脂、烧结后,得到基于熔融沉积成型的层状陶瓷。通过本发明制备的基于熔融沉积成型的层状陶瓷具备较强的力学性能,具备较高的推广价值与商业化价值。
