The invention provides road surface flatness detection equipment which comprises a detection component and a calculation component which are arranged on a bottom plate, and a walking component and a sweeping component which are arranged below the bottom plate, the detection component comprises a box body arranged on the bottom plate, an elastic detection assembly is arranged in the box body, and the elastic detection assembly is arranged on the bottom plate. The elastic detection assembly comprises a vertically arranged spring, the spring is connected with a roller through a connecting rod, the connecting rod is connected with a displacement sensor, and the roller penetrates through a through hole in the bottom plate and abuts against the road surface; the calculation component comprises a controller arranged at the top of the box body and is used for obtaining the flatness of the road surface; the cleaning component comprises a cleaning brush arranged below the front portion of the bottom plate. By measuring the longitudinal displacement value of the roller connected with the spring on the road surface, the road surface flatness is automatically detected, the road surface can be cleaned in advance, the detection accuracy is improved, and the detection efficiency is improved.
