The invention provides an anti-collision road construction quality detection device which comprises a mounting frame used for being connected with external equipment, a three-dimensional radar detector used for road surface detection and a first connecting frame used for being connected with the mounting frame and the three-dimensional radar detector, and one side of the first connecting frame is movably connected with the mounting frame through a first rotating shaft. By arranging the mounting rack, the three-dimensional radar detector, the first connecting rack, the anti-collision lifting structure, the cleaning structure, the first supporting seat, the first supporting wheel and the flatness detection structure, the equipment can be mounted on other devices through the mounting rack, and the three-dimensional radar detector is lifted to a proper position through the anti-collision lifting structure; when a rugged road section is encountered, the first supporting wheel lifts the three-dimensional radar detector to achieve the purpose of protection, and meanwhile, the cleaning structure can clean the ground of the detected road to avoid the influence of surface impurities.
