The self-adjusting bearing platform comprises bearing stand columns, a positioning bottom plate, a protective net, a bearing support and compensation columns, one column of bearing stand columns are located on the side close to the shore to form a fixed bearing set, and the other column of bearing stand columns are located at the position close to the center of the water area to form a protective adjusting set. The upper end face of each bearing stand column of the bearing set and the adjusting set is connected with a positioning bottom plate, the compensation columns are evenly distributed around the axes of the bearing stand columns, and the upper end faces and the lower end faces of the compensation columns are hinged to the outer sides of the bearing stand columns and the lower end faces of the positioning bottom plates through rotary table mechanisms correspondingly. The outer side faces of every two adjacent bearing stand columns in the protection adjusting sets are connected through a protection net. The using method comprises the three steps of system design, on-site construction, monitoring and compensation and the like. The construction method can effectively meet the requirements of construction operation in various environments, has good environmental adaptability and is convenient to construct on site.
