The invention discloses a bridge engineering formwork dismantling construction safety device and method, and relates to the technical field of safe dismantling of bridge engineering formworks. The device comprises a plurality of remote control locks used for being fixedly connected with adjacent formworks located below a to-be-dismantled formwork when the formwork is dismantled, and further comprises a safety unit arranged on one side of the bridge engineering formwork, the safety unit comprises a plurality of chain blocks and a plurality of steel wire ropes, fixed lifting hooks of the chain blocks penetrate through lug plates of the to-be-dismantled formwork, and the steel wire ropes are connected with the chain blocks. A lifting hook of the chain block penetrates through a lug plate of a formwork at the lower end of the to-be-dismantled formwork, and the steel wire rope vertically penetrates through a mounting hole of a top plate of the to-be-dismantled formwork and a mounting hole of a bottom plate and penetrates through a mounting hole of a top plate of the formwork at the lower end of the to-be-dismantled formwork. The method comprises the steps of assembling the remote control lock, penetrating the steel wire rope, installing the chain block, unlocking the remote control lock, disassembling the template and the like. Multiple safety protection measures can be added during construction, and potential safety hazards during dismantling of the bridge engineering formwork are reduced.
