Gravel pile construction equipment
The gravel pile construction equipment comprises a walking pile frame, a vibratory hammer, a pile pipe with a feeding port and a feeding door, and a hopper. The vibratory hammer is fixedly arranged above the pile pipe; the feeding port is formed in the middle of the pile pipe, the drill point plate and the discharging door are arranged at the bottom of the pile pipe, the feeding door is arranged on the inner wall of the communicating position of the pile pipe and the feeding port, and the jacking air cylinder connected with the feeding door is arranged in an inner cavity of the feeding port. Broken stones are added into the feeding hole through the hopper; left and right air inlet pipes and upper air inlet pipes are arranged on the outer wall of the pile pipe to inflate and pressurize accumulated gravel in the inner cavity of the pile pipe; the pressure sensor and the exhaust valve are used for detecting and releasing gas pressure in an inner cavity of the pile pipe. The material level indicator is used for detecting the gravel material level height of the inner cavity of the pile pipe. The inside of the pile pipe is inflated and pressurized through the air-entrapping pipe on the side wall of the pile pipe, accumulated gravels are scattered, the gravels smoothly fall down and are vibrated into the stratum, the material level indicator on the top of the pile pipe monitors the height of the gravels in real time, the number of the gravels entering the stratum is controlled, the pile forming quality is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved.
