Formaldehyde-free composite floor and production process thereof
The invention discloses a formaldehyde-free composite floor and a production process thereof. The formaldehyde-free composite floor comprises a solid wood base plate (1), and an inserting convex block (2) is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the solid wood base plate (1) in the length direction; a panel (3) is further included, the lower surface of the panel (3) is provided with an inserting groove (4) matched with the inserting protruding block (2), and the middle of the inner top face of the inserting groove (4) is provided with a limiting anti-disengaging groove (5); a groove (6) is formed in the middle of the inserting protruding block (2), and a telescopic spring (7) and a limiting anti-disengaging plate (8) are arranged in the groove (6). During production, the solid wood base plate and the face plate are prepared in sequence firstly, then the face plate is inserted into the upper portion of the solid wood base plate, the inserting-connecting grooves and the inserting-connecting protruding blocks are connected in an inserted mode, and then the face plate and the solid wood base plate are attached. The method has the characteristic that formaldehyde release can be effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种无甲醛复合地板及其生产工艺,包括实木基板(1),实木基板(1)上表面沿长度方向的中间位置设有插接凸块(2);还包括面板(3),面板(3)下表面设有与插接凸块(2)相配合的插接凹槽(4),插接凹槽(4)内顶面的中部设有限位防脱槽(5);所述插接凸块(2)的中部设有凹槽(6),凹槽(6)内设有伸缩弹簧(7)和限位防脱板(8)。生产时,先依次制备得到实木基板和面板,再将面板插入至实木基板上方,插接凹槽和插接凸块相互插接,现面板与实木基板的贴合。本发明具有能够有效减少甲醛释放的特点。
