Steel bar binding machine
The steel bar binding machine comprises an equipment frame and a main rod. A motor is arranged on the equipment frame; the device further comprises a wire feeding assembly, a cutting assembly and a wire winding assembly. The wire feeding assembly comprises a first connecting rod, a first linkage rod, a second connecting rod, a first rolling gear and a second rolling gear. An inner ring of the first one-way bearing is fixedly connected with the first linkage rod, and an outer ring of the first one-way bearing is fixedly connected with the first rolling gear; the wire winding assembly comprises a mounting plate and a wire winding rod; an inner ring of the second one-way bearing is fixedly connected with the wire winding rod, and an outer ring of the second one-way bearing is fixedly connected with the winding column; the mounting directions of the second one-way bearing and the first one-way bearing are opposite; a wire guide pipe is fixed to the outer wall of the equipment frame. The cutting-off assembly is used for cutting off the steel wire between the first rolling gear and the wire guide pipe. A depth camera is fixed on the equipment frame, and a controller is mounted on the equipment frame. According to the binding machine, only one motor is used, wire winding, cutting and wire feeding can be achieved, and the structure is simplified and miniaturized.
