The invention provides an electric sunroof linkage reset device and a sunroof. The linkage resetting device for the power sunroof comprises a sunroof resetting mechanism, a motor driving module and a limiting motor, the limiting motor is used for driving the skylight resetting mechanism to operate from an initial state to a preset state when receiving the first control signal and driving the skylight resetting mechanism to operate from the preset state to the initial state when receiving the second control signal; when the skylight resetting mechanism is in an initial state, the skylight resetting mechanism does not interfere with opening of the skylight; when the skylight resetting mechanism is in a preset state, the skylight is closed; the motor driving module is used for outputting a first control signal when the window closing signal is received and outputting a second control signal when a preset time length is delayed; and before the motor driving module outputs the second control signal, the skylight resetting mechanism is in a preset state. The skylight reset mechanism drives the skylight to be automatically closed, manual operation is not needed, and the intelligent degree is high.
