The invention discloses a negative Poisson's ratio multi-stage amplification rigid-flexible coupling energy collection deceleration strip which comprises a plurality of negative Poisson's ratio multi-stage amplification flexible rolling power generation units which are linearly arranged and sequentially connected, and each power generation unit comprises a rolling elastic body, a base, a flexible driving rope and a rope driving power generation assembly. The rolling elastic body comprises a concave hexagonal elastic frame and a supporting body with an inner cavity, the section of the cavity is in a convex hexagonal shape, the supporting body is rolled by a vehicle to stretch and deform, and the concave hexagonal elastic frame is driven to stretch and deform at the negative Poisson's ratio in the direction perpendicular to stretching deformation of the supporting body. The rope-driven power generation assembly converts mechanical energy of the concave hexagonal elastic frame into electric energy through connection of a flexible driving rope.
