In this flooring material (10), the linear expansion coefficients of a foamed resin layer (1) and a non-foamed resin layer (2) and the difference between the linear expansion coefficients of both layers are defined within a specific range, and the tensile modulus of elasticity of the non-foamed resin layer (2) and the difference between the tensile modulus of elasticity of the foamed resin layer (1) and the non-foamed resin layer (2) are defined within a specific range. The tongue groove portion of the flooring (10) is configured from a foamed resin layer (1) and a non-foamed resin layer (2).
