The invention relates to the technical field of urban overpass bridge floor rainwater utilization, and discloses an urban overpass unpowered intelligent rainwater sprinkling irrigation greening compensation system which comprises a central controller, a rainwater collecting and settling pond, a spraying system and a spraying system. The rainwater collecting and settling pond is communicated with a bridge floor rainwater discharge pipe, and a settling pond water outlet pipe is connected to the rainwater collecting and settling pond; the spraying system and the spraying system are both connected to a water outlet pipe of the sedimentation tank, and a spraying head of the spraying system and a spraying head of the spraying system are both arranged above the green belt. According to the system, rainwater on the bridge surface of the overpass is used for carrying out sprinkling irrigation on green belt plants and carrying out dust falling on the road surface and air, rainfall and rainwater can be fully utilized, municipal water is saved, and unpowered automatic sprinkling irrigation is achieved through gravitational potential energy of the rainwater; in addition, due to the fact that the system collects part of rainwater with silt on the flyover surface, the amount of silt flowing into a municipal pipe network is reduced, and the desilting pressure of the municipal rainwater pipe network is relieved.
