Preparation method of real wear-resistant ceramic tile
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic tiles, in particular to a preparation method of a real wear-resistant ceramic tile, which comprises the following steps: preparing a green body; applying ground coat on the green body to obtain a ground coat layer; printing a pattern on the ground coat layer to obtain a pattern layer; applying protective glaze on the pattern layer to obtain a protective glaze layer; drying and sintering the green body to obtain a ceramic tile green body; carrying out rough grinding and polishing on the ceramic tile green body by adopting a resin grinding sheet with a first mesh number to obtain a semi-finished product; and adding a real wear-resistant nano liquid to the surface of the semi-finished product, and carrying out fine grinding and polishing on the semi-finished product by adopting a resin grinding sheet with a second mesh number to obtain the real wear-resistant ceramic tile. Wherein the real wear-resistant nano liquid is obtained by copolymerizing a silicon-based solution containing rare earth element modified nanoscale scandium oxide and polysulfone. The coating has excellent thermal stability and corrosion resistance, the glossiness of a glaze layer is not influenced when the coating is coated on the surface of a ceramic tile, and the coating has relatively high transparency.
本发明涉及陶瓷砖技术领域,尤其涉及一种真耐磨瓷砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:制备坯体;在所述坯体上施加底釉,得到底釉层;在所述底釉层上印刷图案,得到图案层;在所述图案层上施加保护釉,得到保护釉层;将坯体经干燥、烧成后得到瓷砖坯体;采用第一目数的树脂磨片对所述瓷砖坯体进行粗磨抛光,得到半成品;在所述半成品的表面加入真耐磨纳米液,采用第二目数的树脂磨片对其进行细磨抛光,得到真耐磨瓷砖。其中,真耐磨纳米液是由包含稀土元素改性纳米级氧化钪的硅基溶液和聚砜共聚得到。该涂层具有优良的热稳定性和耐腐蚀性,涂覆在瓷砖表面时,釉层的光泽度不受影响,具有较高的透明度。
