Inorganic polymer self-compacting concrete
The invention discloses inorganic polymer self-compacting concrete which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 157 to 123 parts of metakaolin, 48 to 61 parts of ground blast furnace slag, 23 to 36 parts of fly ash, 5 to 13 parts of silicon powder, 3 to 6 parts of silane coupling agent, 184 to 195 parts of alkali activator, 265 to 274 parts of fine aggregate and 316 to 338 parts of coarse aggregate. The self-compacting concrete is reasonable in component, through reasonable aggregate matching and cementing material selection, the compressive strength of the self-compacting concrete is effectively improved, the self-compacting concrete has low hydration heat, does not need to pre-embed a water cooling pipe, can be subjected to air curing at normal temperature, and is simple in manufacturing process and small in environmental pollution.
本发明公开一种无机聚合物自密实混凝土,按照重量份数计,包括157~123份偏高岭土,48~61份研磨高炉矿渣,23~36份粉煤灰,5~13份硅粉,3~6份硅烷偶联剂,184~195份碱激发剂,265~274份细骨料以及316~338份粗骨料。该自密实混凝土组分合理,通过合理的骨料搭配以及胶凝材料选择,有效提高自密实混凝土的抗压强度,并且拥有较低水化热无需预埋水冷管,可以在常温下空气养护,制作工艺简单,环境污染小。
