The barium calcium titanate powder has a chemical formula as shown in a formula (I); under the condition of 25 +/-3 DEG C, the unit cell volume V of the barium calcium titanate powder measured by XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) meets a formula (1). In the barium calcium titanate powder provided by the invention, calcium doping is uniform, and impurities such as calcium titanate, calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate and the like are avoided. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages that all calcium can be dissolved in the barium calcium titanate, and only the minimum amount of necessary calcium is added, so that compared with the prior art, the performance is more excellent. Due to the fact that all calcium replaces calcium with the large atomic radius, under the condition of the same adding amount of calcium, compared with the prior art, the unit cell size is reduced, and the crystallization surface interval is narrowed.
本发明涉及电容器材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种钛酸钡钙粉体、其制备方法及应用。所述钛酸钡钙粉体具有式(Ⅰ)所示的化学式;在25±3℃条件下,使用XRD测得所述钛酸钡钙粉体的晶胞体积V满足公式(1)。本发明提供的钛酸钡钙粉体中,钙掺杂均匀,且无钛酸钙、氢氧化钙、碳酸钙等杂质。与现有技术相比,本发明的优势是可以把全部的钙固溶到钛酸钡钙内部,仅添加最少量的必要钙即可,所以与现行的技术比起来性能更加优秀。因为全部的钙置换了原子半径较大的钙,在同样添加量钙的情况下跟现行技术进行比较,晶胞体积变小,结晶面间隔变窄。
