High-thermal-conductivity unidirectional carbon/carbon composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-thermal-conductivity unidirectional carbon/carbon composite material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that carbon fiber bundles are spread to be flat, and flat carbon fiber bundles are obtained; arranging the flat carbon fiber bundles in parallel, and weaving to obtain carbon fiber cloth; depositing pyrolytic carbon on the carbon fiber cloth; carrying out pre-graphitization treatment on the carbon fiber cloth deposited with the pyrolytic carbon; laminating a preset number of layers of the pre-graphitized carbon fiber cloth to obtain a preform; the flat carbon fiber bundles are arranged in a brick-imitating structure; and clamping the preform in the thickness direction, compacting the deposited pyrolytic carbon of the preform, and then carrying out graphitization treatment to obtain the high-thermal-conductivity unidirectional carbon/carbon composite material. By regulating and designing the structures and the arrangement modes of the fiber bundles and the unidirectional fiber cloth, the cross-scale structural design on the microcosmic-mesoscopic-macroscopic scale is realized, and the unidirectional C/C composite material with high heat conductivity, high bearing capacity and ultra-light weight is obtained.
本发明公开了一种高导热单向碳/碳复合材料及其制备方法,将碳纤维束进行展丝,使碳纤维束呈扁平状,得到扁平状碳纤维束;将扁平状碳纤维束平行排列、进行织布,得到碳纤维布;对碳纤维布沉积热解碳;将沉积热解碳的碳纤维布进行预石墨化处理;将预设层数的预石墨化处理后的碳纤维布进行层叠,得到预制体;扁平状碳纤维束呈仿砖砌结构布置;将预制体沿厚度方向夹紧,并对预制体沉积热解碳进行致密化,之后再进行石墨化处理,得到高导热单向碳/碳复合材料。通过对纤维束、单向纤维布的结构和排布方式进行调控与设计,实现微观‑介观‑宏观尺度上的跨尺度结构设计,得到了具有高导热、高承载和超轻质的单向C/C复合材料。
