The invention relates to the technical field of civil engineering, in particular to a fiberboard stiffening polyurethane high-damping shock insulation support which comprises a fiberboard stiffening layer, a polyurethane elastic layer and a polyurethane protective layer. The fiberboard stiffening layer and the polyurethane elastic layer are overlapped up and down to form an internal structure of the support; the polyurethane protection layer covers the top, the bottom and the periphery of the internal structure; the polyurethane elastic layer and the polyurethane protective layer are both made of chopped fiber modified polyurethane materials. According to the fiberboard stiffening polyurethane high-damping shock insulation support, the chopped fibers are added into the polyurethane material, the tensile strength, the tearing strength and the damping performance of the polyurethane elastic layer are improved, and then the vertical bearing capacity and the energy dissipation capacity of the support are improved.
