The invention discloses a water stop structure adapting to large deformation of a concrete face rockfill dam joint, which comprises a surface layer water stop formed by combining a coating type flexible water stop and an anchoring rubber plate, a middle layer water stop formed by using 15 full-wave corrugated belts and a bottom water stop formed by using a three-nose water stop copper sheet, and an SR-2 plastic filler is adopted to support a three-layer water stop structure. The water stop structure can adapt to large deformation of a joint, the fifteen full-wave corrugated water stop belts and the three-nose copper sheet are high in water stop stretching capacity, and the situation that the water stop structure is pulled and damaged, and consequently the anti-seepage function of the panel fails is avoided. The water stop structure can adapt to the high water seepage pressure environment, the surface modified epoxy coating is good in sealing performance, the GBW expansion plastic material plate is arranged at the contact position of the bottom three-nose copper sheet water stop and the concrete panel, and the GBW expansion plastic material plate is matched with SR-2 plastic filler to jointly prevent seepage water from invading the panel. The water stop structure is safe and reliable, and the design of the surface coating, the expansion bolt and the bottom copper sheet water stop embedded panel jointly ensures that the structure is not damaged by freezing, corrosion, extrusion, falling and the like.
