The invention discloses a foundation pit inclined strut supporting structure and a construction method.The foundation pit inclined strut supporting structure comprises a foundation pit fender post, a counter-force device, an inclined pile composite support and a horizontal bearing force loading device, the foundation pit fender post is arranged in the vertical direction, and the counter-force device is arranged at the top of the foundation pit fender post and connected with one end of the horizontal bearing force loading device; the inclined pile composite support is connected with the other end of the horizontal bearing force loading device and forms a certain included angle with the foundation pit fender post; after the foundation pit is excavated to the bottom elevation and before the inclined pile composite support is dismantled, the horizontal bearing capacity loading device is used for monitoring the horizontal displacement of the top of the inclined pile composite support under the horizontal pressure, the load displacement curve of the inclined pile composite support is obtained, and therefore the horizontal bearing capacity of the inclined pile composite support is determined; and finally, the construction quality of each inclined pile composite support is ensured according to a pile test report. Meanwhile, the horizontal bearing force loading device is flexible to disassemble and can be recycled; the invention further discloses a construction method of the foundation pit inclined strut supporting structure.
