The invention relates to an improved photovoltaic soft soil construction site anti-skid cast-in-place pile foundation and a construction method thereof. The invention provides an improved anti-skid cast-in-place pile foundation for a photovoltaic soft soil construction site. The improved anti-skid cast-in-place pile foundation comprises a stratum, a cast-in-place pile body, a novel improved pile casing, a pushing plate and a bolt lock. Wherein the novel improved pile casing is wrapped outside the cast-in-situ bored pile main body, and the novel improved pile casing is provided with a root key which is transversely embedded into a soil body; the root key is arranged on the pushing plate, and the pushing plate is connected with the novel improved pile casing through the bolt lock; and the pushing plate and the bolt lock are positioned in the cavity of the novel improved protective cylinder. According to the invention, the soil body on the periphery of the anti-slip cast-in-situ bored pile is prevented from being disturbed as little as possible in the installation process of the steel casing of the anti-slip cast-in-situ bored pile in the photovoltaic soft soil construction site; the risk that the strength of soft soil around the steel casing or a formed anti-slide pile foundation is softened possibly due to the fact that the steel casing of the anti-slide cast-in-situ bored pile is installed in the photovoltaic soft soil construction site through a traditional power method can be effectively avoided.
