The explosion-proof device comprises an explosion-proof plate, and the explosion-proof plate comprises a fire insulation material layer located in the middle and pressure relief damping layers arranged on the two sides of the fire insulation material layer; the pressure relief and shock absorption layer is made of a metal plate and provided with pressure relief holes penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the pressure relief and shock absorption layer and a plastic hinge guide line formed by bending in the explosion impact force direction, and the plastic hinge guide line is in a closed circular ring shape. According to the scheme, the explosion-proof plate of a three-layer structure is designed, the fire insulation material layer with the fire insulation function is arranged in the middle, the pressure relief and shock absorption layers with the pressure relief and shock absorption functions are arranged on the two sides, and meanwhile the pressure relief holes and the plastic hinge guide wires are arranged on the pressure relief and shock absorption layers and used for absorbing energy during explosion; explosion impact force is absorbed through the mechanical property that the plate enters plasticity from elasticity, and therefore damage to equipment and personnel caused by the explosion impact force is effectively prevented.
