The invention discloses a welding type prefabricated concrete shear wall with edge members and an assembly structure thereof.The prefabricated concrete shear wall comprises a steel reinforcement framework, a middle prefabricated wall plate and the prefabricated edge members on the two sides, cast-in-place notches are formed in the lower portions of the prefabricated edge members on the two sides correspondingly, and lower connecting steel bars are arranged at the cast-in-place notches; upper connecting steel bars are arranged at the top ends of the prefabricated edge components, and reserved steel bars and assembling holes are formed in the top end and the bottom end of the middle prefabricated wall plate respectively. According to the assembly structure, the upper connecting steel bars of the prefabricated concrete shear wall on the lower layer penetrate through the connecting positions and coincide with the lower connecting steel bars in the cast-in-place notches of the prefabricated concrete shear wall on the upper layer, then the coincide parts are welded, and finally concrete is poured for connection; in addition, the middle prefabricated wall panel is connected with the assembly holes in a matched mode through the reserved steel bars, and the connecting structure can guarantee stable and reliable connection of the prefabricated edge components of the prefabricated concrete shear wall on the upper layer and the prefabricated edge components of the prefabricated concrete shear wall on the lower layer.
本发明公开了一种带边缘构件的焊装式预制混凝土剪力墙及其装配结构，其预制混凝土剪力墙包括钢筋骨架、中间预制墙板和两边的预制边缘构件，在两边的预制边缘构件的下方分别设有现浇缺口，现浇缺口处设有下连接钢筋，预制边缘构件的顶端设有上连接钢筋，在中间预制墙板的顶端和底端分别设有预留钢筋和装配孔。本发明的装配结构通过下层的预制混凝土剪力墙的上连接钢筋从联接位穿过并与上层的预制混凝土剪力墙的现浇缺口中的下连接钢筋相重合，然后对相重合部分进行焊接，最后浇筑混凝土进行连接，同时，本发明还将中间预制墙板通过预留钢筋与装配孔进行配合连接，这样的连接结构能保证上、下层的预制混凝土剪力墙的预制边缘构件的连接稳定、可靠。
