Second buffer assemblies which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on the side, close to the first buffer assembly, of the buffer plate, and six clamping assemblies which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on the side, away from the first buffer assembly, of the buffer plate; by arranging the first buffering assembly, the second buffering assembly and the buffering supporting assembly, impact force borne by the curtain wall is buffered through consumption and deformation of the first buffering assembly and the second buffering assembly, and the impact force is transmitted to the fixed base through the buffering supporting assembly after being consumed.
