Round holes or U-shaped grooves are formed in the ribbed square steel tube rib plates, and stirrups are arranged in the holes in a penetrating mode. The ultrahigh-toughness concrete is poured on the outer side of the ribbed square steel pipe and completely wraps the ribbed square steel pipe and the stirrups. The ribbed square steel tube is formed by splicing channel steel, welding portions are reduced, fatigue performance is improved, meanwhile, a plurality of PBL shear keys are formed by rib plates, stirrups and surrounding filling concrete, high vertical shear resistance is provided, interface connection performance is guaranteed, and positioning and binding procedures of the stirrups are simplified. The provided externally-wrapped ultrahigh-toughness concrete has the effects of protecting the steel framework and restraining buckling of the steel pipes, and the toughness and durability of the structure are improved.
