The power mechanism drives the protection plate to rotate, and the protection plate is horizontally arranged at the end, close to the ground, of the window frame through rotation or vertically covers the end, away from the building, of the opening window. The effect of reducing the probability of safety accidents caused by falling of the opening window is achieved.
