Multifunctional excavator for soft rock roadway
The multifunctional excavator for the soft rock roadway comprises a machine body, the machine body is provided with a movable arm and a bucket rod, the bucket rod is provided with a road surface leveling assembly used for processing a road surface slope, and the road surface leveling assembly comprises a fixed flat plate, a horizontal ground contrast plate, a rotating rod and a pushing and embedding rod. The rotating rod is rotationally connected with the fixed flat plate, and the propelling and embedding rod is located in the rotating rod; the shovel block is close to a high slope of the ground, the machine body or the shovel block is moved to level the ground, the horizontal ground contrast plate is close to the ground, the pushing air cylinder pushes the pushing and embedding rod, the pushing and embedding rod is separated from the pushing air cylinder and enters the ground to assist in supporting of the soft rock roadway, and the hardness of the ground can be judged while the ground is treated. The ground leveling function is achieved, the supporting point at the position can be analyzed, the pushing and embedding rod used for auxiliary supporting is embedded, the soft rock road is controlled while excavation is conducted, and surrounding rock supporting is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种多功能软岩巷道用挖掘机，包括机体，所述机体上具有动臂和斗杆，所述斗杆上具有用于处理道面斜坡的道面整平组件，所述道面整平组件包括固定平板、水平地面对照板、旋转棒和推进埋入杆，所述旋转棒与所述固定平板转动连接，所述推进埋入杆位于所述旋转棒内；铲块靠近地面的高坡，移动机体或者运动铲块进行平整地面，水平地面对照板靠近地面，推动气缸推动推进埋入杆，使推进埋入杆从推动气缸上脱出，进入到地面内进行辅助软岩巷道的支护，在进行处理地面的同时能够进行判断地面的硬度，不仅实现了地面整平的功能，且能够为该位置处的支护点分析，并埋入用于辅助支撑的推进埋入杆，边挖掘边进行控制软岩道路，以便于对围岩支护。
