The invention discloses an intelligent dead fish cleaning system for factory recirculating aquaculture based on video monitoring. The system comprises a servo gear motor transmission device, a control system, a double-pollution-discharge chassis and a dead fish collector, the double-pollution-discharge chassis is arranged at the bottom of a culture pond, a main water outlet pipe of the double-pollution-discharge chassis extends upwards into a water body to form an extension pipe, the servo gear motor transmission device is arranged in the extension pipe and forms a fish passing channel, and the opening time of the fish passing channel is controlled through rotation of a servo gear motor; intelligent dead fish collection work can be achieved, the mechanization and automation degree is greatly improved, and the labor cost is greatly reduced; meanwhile, residual feed and excrement collection work can be normally carried out, and a design basis is provided for unmanned fishery operation in the future.
