The water passing piece is provided with a water passing cavity; the water inlet end of the water outlet assembly is pivoted and matched with the water outlet end of the water passing piece, and is communicated with the water passing cavity; the impeller is rotationally matched in the water passing cavity; the input end of the transmission assembly is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the impeller; the output end of the transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the water outlet assembly, and the transmission assembly is used for driving the water outlet assembly to swing with a pivot joint shaft between the water outlet assembly and the water passing piece as the center line.
