Composite strengthening method of high brick-concrete construction waste recycled aggregate
The invention discloses a composite strengthening method of high brick-concrete construction waste recycled aggregate. The composite strengthening method comprises the following steps: preparing a nano SiO2 solution, cement paste, a water glass solution and an organic silicon solution according to design requirements; the washed high-brick-concrete construction waste recycled aggregate with the particle size of 19 mm, 16 mm, 13.2 mm, 9.5 mm and 4.75 mm is sequentially subjected to first-time strengthening treatment, second-time strengthening treatment, third-time strengthening treatment and fourth-time strengthening treatment respectively, wherein the first-time strengthening treatment, the second-time strengthening treatment, the third-time strengthening treatment and the fourth-time strengthening treatment are conducted on the washed high-brick-concrete construction waste recycled aggregate with the particle size of 19 mm; and respectively screening the high brick-concrete construction waste recycled aggregate with various grades of particle sizes after the fourth strengthening treatment again, so as to obtain the composite strengthening type high brick-concrete construction waste recycled aggregate with the particle sizes of 19mm grade, 16mm grade, 13.2 mm grade, 9.5 mm grade and 4.75 mm grade, wherein the composite strengthening type high brick-concrete construction waste recycled aggregate with the particle sizes of 19mm grade, 16mm grade, 13.2 mm grade, 9.5 mm grade and 4.75 mm grade is obtained. Through a series of chemical treatment and physical treatment, the density, strength and other properties of the recycled aggregate are remarkably improved, and meanwhile the binding capacity of the recycled aggregate and other components in concrete (including asphalt concrete, asphalt mixture and cement concrete) is improved.
本发明公开了一种高砖混建筑垃圾再生骨料的复合强化方法,包括以下步骤:按照设计要求配制纳米SiO2溶液、水泥净浆、水玻璃溶液和有机硅溶液;分别对冲洗后的粒径为19mm档、16mm档、13.2mm档、9.5mm档和4.75mm档的高砖混建筑垃圾再生骨料依次进行第一次强化处理、第二次强化处理、第三次强化处理和第四次强化处理;分别对第四次强化处理后的各档粒径高砖混建筑垃圾再生骨料重新进行筛分,即获得粒径为19mm档、16mm档、13.2mm档、9.5mm档和4.75mm档的复合强化型高砖混建筑垃圾再生骨料。本发明通过一系列的化学处理和物理处理,显著提高了再生骨料的密度和强度等性能,同时改善了再生骨料与混凝土(包括沥青混凝土、沥青混合料、水泥混凝土)中其他成分的结合能力。
