Early-strength and high-strength curing agent for high-water-content sludge
The invention provides an early-strength and high-strength curing agent for high-water-content sludge. The early-strength and high-strength curing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass; 15 to 30 percent of cement; 15-35% of lithium slag powder; 3-6% of gypsum; 24 to 7 percent of CaC; 0.1 to 0.3 percent of dispersing agent; 3-5% of an expanding agent; 0.1%-0.3% of a thickening agent; and the balance of mineral admixture. The curing agent utilizes heat energy released by hydration reaction of CaC2 and alkaline substances generated by the hydration reaction to rapidly excite hydration activity of the lithium slag powder, an active aluminum phase in the lithium slag powder reacts with gypsum to convert a large amount of liquid water in sludge into crystal water, the proportion of solid-phase substances in a solidified soil system is remarkably increased, the structure porosity is reduced, and the curing effect is improved. Solid-phase particles are quickly overlapped to generate a skeleton effect, and cement hydration products form a cementation effect on soil colloidal particles in combination with a hydration promotion effect of CaC2 hydration heat release on cement, so that quick formation of the early strength of the high-water-content sludge solidified soil is realized; the lithium slag powder and the mineral admixture are used as main components, resource utilization of industrial waste residues is achieved, and low carbon and environmental protection are achieved.
本发明提供了一种高含水率淤泥用早强高强型固化剂,包括以下质量百分数的原料;水泥15~30%;锂渣粉15~35%;石膏3~6%;CaC24~7%;分散剂0.1~0.3%;膨胀剂3~5%;增稠剂0.1~0.3%;余量为矿物掺合料。该固化剂利用CaC2水化反应释放的热能及水化反应生成的碱性物质,快速激发锂渣粉的水化活性,锂渣粉中的活性铝相与石膏反应可将淤泥中的大量液态水转化为结晶水,显著提高固化土体系中固相物质占比,降低结构孔隙率,固相颗粒快速搭接产生骨架效应,结合CaC2水化放热对水泥的水化促进作用,水泥水化产物对土胶粒形成胶结作用,从而实现高含水率淤泥固化土早期强度快速形成;本发明将锂渣粉和矿物掺合料作为主要成分,实现工业废渣的资源化利用,低碳环保。
