The invention discloses a self-healing type wet spraying material for repairing a ladle and a spraying method. The wet spraying material comprises flint clay or mullite, titanium corundum, silicon carbide, alumina micro powder and a pumping additive. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing wet spraying materials to obtain a mixture, additionally adding silica sol as a binding agent and magnesium sulfate as a coagulant during spraying construction operation, and spraying the mixture to a working layer of the ladle by adopting a wet spraying process. The wet spraying material and the spraying method have good molten iron and molten slag corrosion resistance, molten slag can be attached to the surface of a working layer to form a molten slag working layer, the molten iron and the molten slag are prevented from making direct contact with a refractory material base body, after the molten slag working layer serves for a long time and is corroded, a new molten slag working layer can continue to be formed, and the self-healing effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种自愈型铁水包修补用湿法喷涂料及喷涂方法,本湿法喷涂料包括一定组分的焦宝石或者莫来石、钛刚玉、碳化硅、氧化铝微粉和泵送添加剂。本方法将湿法喷涂料混合均匀,得到混合料,喷涂施工作业时外加硅溶胶作为结合剂,硫酸镁作为促凝剂,采用湿法喷涂工艺喷涂至铁水包的工作层。本湿法喷涂料及喷涂方法具有良好的抗铁水和熔渣侵蚀性能,可将熔渣附着在工作层表面形成熔渣工作层,隔离铁水和熔渣与耐火材料基体的直接接触,且熔渣工作层长期服役被侵蚀后,可继续形成新的熔渣工作层,产生自愈合效果。
