Method for preparing sintered light brick by utilizing aluminum ash
The invention discloses a method for preparing a sintered light brick from aluminum ash. The method comprises the following steps: washing crushed aluminum ash with water, and filtering to obtain a solid; the solids obtained through filtering are mixed with sandy soil, wood chips and clay, then a composite foaming agent is added and stirred to be uniform, the composite foaming agent is a mixture of cyclopentane, azodicarbonamide and a first component, and the first component is silicone oil or triethanolamine; injecting the uniformly stirred mixture into a mold, sealing, standing and foaming; and taking out the foamed brick body from the mold, and sintering to obtain the light brick. The method can be carried out in a low-temperature environment, the foaming effect is good, a complex sintering temperature curve does not need to be controlled, and the prepared light brick can be applied to building walls and building grounds.
本发明公开了一种利用铝灰渣制备烧结轻质砖的方法,包括步骤:将粉碎的铝灰渣进行水洗处理并过滤得固体物;将过滤得到得固体物混合砂土、木屑和黏土后再添加复合发泡剂搅拌均匀,所述复合发泡剂为环戊烷、偶氮二甲酰胺和第一组分的混合物,所述第一组分为硅油或三乙醇胺;将搅拌均匀的混合物注入模具中密封静置发泡;从模具中取出发泡后的砖体进行烧结制得轻质砖。本发明方法可在低温环境下进行,发泡效果好,并且不需要控制复杂的烧结温度曲线,制得的轻质砖可应用于建筑墙体、建筑地面。
