本发明公开一种具有定位增亮效果的陶瓷砖及生产工艺,涉及陶瓷砖生产领域,通过在砖坯表面布施保护釉,再在预设区域定点布施增亮釉,以形成颗粒状的装饰效果,烧成后,对表面进行抛磨处理,获得具有定位增亮效果的陶瓷砖,增亮釉为在保护釉内添加刚玉粉制得,增亮釉中刚玉粉的添加量为保护釉干料质量的2‑2.5%,刚玉粉的粒径为38‑45微米。定点布施的增亮釉烧成后在颗粒点形成立体凸起,在抛磨削平后在颗粒点处形成明显亮面,与砖面其他位置形成15°以上的明显亮度差,接近水磨石的亮度差效果,观赏性良好,同时耐磨性能提高,可以满足日常大部分场景使用。
