A connector matched with a turnout is reserved in a sleeper base plate of the track structure. After the construction of the recent line is finished, opening the recent line for traffic; when the turnout needs to be inserted and laid in the long-term line, the existing steel rails and fasteners of the recent line are dismantled, and the turnout is inserted and laid through the reserved connectors. The method has the advantages that the work amount and the implementation risk of turnout inserting and laying can be greatly reduced, and the maintenance workload and the safety risk point cannot be increased even if only common lines are laid in the recent period; the structure is simple, reasonable, convenient to construct and suitable for popularization.
