Frost heaving resistant roadbed and construction method thereof
The frost heaving resistant roadbed comprises a subbase layer, a drainage anti-freezing layer and a top base layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and waterproof layers are arranged among the subbase layer, the drainage anti-freezing layer and the top base layer; the stone-removing anti-freezing layer comprises a coarse gravel layer and a plurality of porous drainage pipes which are arranged in the coarse gravel layer and are communicated with the two sides of the roadbed, a water seepage fiber bundle net used for guiding water in the top base layer into the drainage anti-freezing layer is arranged in the top base layer, and a capillary fiber bundle net used for guiding underground water into the drainage anti-freezing layer is arranged in the subbase layer. Water is diffused into air as much as possible by means of the good ventilation characteristic of the drainage anti-freezing layer, space is provided for an ice layer by means of the porous characteristic of the porous drainage anti-freezing layer, and ice generated in the roadbed is uniformly dispersed as much as possible by means of the characteristics of multi-point water absorption and uniform distribution of the capillary fiber bundles. Therefore, the roadbed disclosed by the invention has the characteristic of good frost heaving resistance.
本发明公开了一种抗冻胀路基及其施工方法,包括自下而上依次设置的底基层、排水防冻层以及顶基层,且底基层、排水防冻层和顶基层彼此之间均设置有防水层,排石防冻层包括粗质烁石层以及设置在粗质烁石层中的若干根连通路基两侧的多孔排水管,顶基层内设有用于将顶基层中的水分引流至排水防冻层中的渗水纤维束网,底基层内设有用于将地下水引流至排水防冻层中的毛细纤维束网。本发明利用排水防冻层的良好的通风的特点尽可能的将水散发在空气中,利用多孔隙排水防冻层的多孔隙的特点给冰层提供空间,同时利用毛细纤维束的多点吸水且均匀分布的特点使得在路基内部发生的结冰尽可能均匀分散,从而使得本发明中的路基具有良好的抗冻胀特点。
