Traffic marking device
The invention provides a traffic marking device. The traffic marking device comprises a rack, a nozzle, a gas transmission mechanism and a transmission mechanism, the nozzle is mounted on the rack and faces the ground; the gas transmission mechanism comprises a gas storage part, a pressing part and a driving assembly. Gas storage parts are mounted on the two opposite sides of the pressing part correspondingly, the two gas storage parts are in one-way communication with the nozzle, and the driving mechanism can drive the pressing part to reciprocate in the direction of the gas storage parts so that gas in the gas storage parts can be conveyed into the nozzle to be sprayed out; the pressing piece can drive the nozzle to swing back and forth through the transmission mechanism. By means of the mode that the driving piece moves in a reciprocating mode to press the air storage pieces on the two sides, the large air storage piece can be arranged, so that the flow of air entering the nozzle is increased, the air pressure of the air sprayed out of the air nozzle towards the ground is larger, and firm dust on the road surface is well cleared away; and when the pressing piece reciprocates, the nozzle can be driven by the transmission mechanism to swing in a reciprocating manner, so that dust on the ground can be cleaned in multiple directions.
本发明提供了一种交通标线划线装置,包括机架、喷嘴、输气机构及传动机构;喷嘴安装在机架上,且喷嘴朝向地面设置;输气机构包括:储气件、按压件和驱动组件;按压件的对向两侧分别安装有储气件,且两个储气件与喷嘴单向连通,驱动机构可驱动按压件朝向储气件的方向上往复移动,以将储气件内的气体输送至喷嘴内喷出;按压件可通过传动机构带动喷嘴往复摆动。通过驱动件往复移动按压两侧储气件的方式,能够设置较大的储气件,从而喷嘴内进入气体的流量变大,喷气嘴朝向地面喷出气体的气压更大,以此来较好的清理路面较为牢固的尘土;且按压件在往复移动时,能够通过传动机构带动喷嘴往复摆动,从而能够多方向对地面的尘土进行清理。
