The invention discloses a construction method for auxiliary construction of an H-shaped tower of an extradosed cable-stayed bridge through a stiff skeleton. A tower column is divided into a bottom tower section area, a cable-free area tower section area and a cable area tower section area from bottom to top; a bottom reinforced stiff framework, a cable-free area stiff framework and a cable area stiff framework are correspondingly arranged in the three tower section areas respectively, the bottom reinforced stiff framework, the cable-free area stiff framework and the cable area stiff framework are prefabricated respectively, and positioning comb plates are fixedly arranged on the peripheries of the bottom reinforced stiff framework, the cable-free area stiff framework and the cable area stiff framework; the stiff skeleton in the cable area is divided into a plurality of stiff skeleton sections in the height direction of the tower column, and each stiff skeleton section comprises a wire dividing pipe positioning frame; all tower section areas are constructed section by section from bottom to top according to the working procedures of stiff framework hoisting, steel bar binding, formwork installation, concrete pouring and formwork removal; and the two tower columns are synchronously constructed, and the cross beams are synchronously constructed when the corresponding tower section areas are constructed. The construction requirements of the H-shaped tower of the extradosed cable-stayed bridge can be met, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
